As you can imagine lots has happened since my last blog! I had started the provera to help with the complex hyper-plaisa started bleeding again on the 15th of Feb. So I was getting clot's again and all that gross stuff. My mom got real worried around the 22nd or 23rd called my gyno. And made a appt with him on the 24th of Feb. cuz I was still bleeding and having orange sized clots. It wasn't pretty the bathroom looked like someone was killed in it. So we went to the gyno appt and I had bleed in the jeans that I was wearing that day and I was feeling a little light headed. But he did a small exam and said everything was progressing well and explained it more to my mom so she wouldn't freak out so easy. I asked him if I could have a blood test while we where there. Everything was normal except my I.N.R. which was 1.8. In the world of INR's that's considered low and I had to adjust my blood thinners to a higher dose. I kept bleeding and I didn't have much energy to do things. My eyes where sunken in and I had dark rings around them. I was going threw pads every couple of hours, soaking them and lots of times over filling them. When I'd wake up in the mornings I have blood on my p.j.'s on my top sheet, bottom sheet and my blanket. I was getting to the point that I didn't wanna go to sleep at all. If I just moved a bit I'd feel a clot come out, and If it wasn't a clot then I'd feel a gush of blood that didn't stop for a few seconds. Needless to say mom got very worried about me and called my hemotologist and made me a appt for March 3rd. I went to see her and she ordered blood work. Turns out that I had lost 5 pints of blood in one week. I was slowly bleeding to death. I got into the hospital that same day and they started me on the blood right away. The next day it was determined that I wasn't getting better so they ordered 2 more liters of blood. My gyno said that If I didn't get better right away then I would have to have an emergency hysterectomy. Instead of my oral blood thinners they have put me on injections that have to go in my tummy so right now I am considered pre surgical and the shots have helped to slow the bleeding. Thankfully my bleeding started to stop, but before the doctors would let me out I had to have 2 more liters of blood, then I got out late on Monday night.

On Fri. I met the doctor who is going to do my surgery. He is the best at high risk hysterectomy's. I am going to have my hysterectomy on Tues. morning and stay in the hospital until Thurs. or Fri. And they said it might take 6 weeks before I feel more like myself again. This is my first surgery so naturally I am very, very scared. I do not have any children, I would have like to have one but I guess that's too late now. All this traveling to hospital's and home for my mom is so hard. Her boss is being so sweet and letting her have the time off, but that also means she's not getting any money for gas, food, or the bills. So again if anyone can find it in their hearts to donate to us in our desperate time of need, we'd be every so thankful. I have the pay pal account already open and ready for donations, all you would need to do is put in my email Lyonene_5@hotmail.com it would help us out so much right now. My mom is trying to not let me worry about the bills, but I can't help it I don't want things to be shut off! Someone please help us.....
